  The employee complained the whole time about Subway's staffing and scheduling policies. He complained that he wasn't supposed to be working that shift. Made racist remarks when he couldn't understand a customer. Messed up several orders. I stood in line for over 30 minutes to get my food listening to him complain the whole time. I would have left but the next closest subway was closed.

  Employees using the same gloves touching everything from the microwave, walking to the back room, door handles, and touching the cash register. Also was out all three of the breads. And all the other ingredients. They also didn't listen and didn't put all the ingredients on that we wanted. The staff need better customer service training. I will never go back to that Subway again.
