I work in food and I know how hard it actually can be to make something different from the norm, but we were halfway home before I looked in my burger to find ketchup. The nice people at the Burger King by my house actually swapped it out for me. That was some great customer service!March 21, 2017
- 1 / 5By erica steffensonThis is about tonight's experience: we ordered a meal and asked for onion rings, but got french fries. The fries were cold. I ordered a Whopper Jr with cheese, I got a Whopper. We also ordered a root beer with our combo meal, but were told that they were out of root beer.
This is about half the time: many evenings we go and order a shake, and we're told the shake machine is broken. I'm starting to think they just don't want to make the shakes, because I can't understand how a big-name franchise like Burger King, doesn't give them machinery that works.January 29, 2017
